The material was copied by Cicely Plaxton and is somewhat fragmentary and disorganised. This file consists of several partial drafts of resolutions accusing the Dominion government of passing legislation which is adverse to the interests of the people of the North-West Territories, but of benefit to those of the eastern provinces. It is signed by thirty citizens or settlers, including Henry A. Reid, Harry H. Porter, Alexander McBeth and Walter E. Carter. |
