"Moose Mountain Indians" |
This collection of images is drawn from the large and growing collection of early Western Canadian postcards developed by the Special Collections Department of the University of Saskatchewan Library. Most of the cards were produced in the first two decades of the 20th century. The collection includes posed studio portraits as well as depictions of camps, powwows, parades, totem poles and residential schools. The originals may be viewed in the Special Collections Department where photocopying and scanning services are available. The main titles reproduce the text used on the original cards. Records are searchable on the Special Collections Pamphlet catalogue. |
