Abstract:
CIA reports that Asian diplomats at the UN oppose the U.S. military policy in Vietnam. Many African nations are expected to support any Asian resolution which will condemn U.S. bombing in Vietnam. An Afro-Asian Conference to be held in Algiers is expected to confirm Afro-Asian support of China's admission to the UN.
