Abstract:
Assuming a continuation of events and trends through the next twelve months as has characterized the past twelve months, we could legitimately expect a continued slow, albeit unsteady, degradation of the Viet Cong infrastructure. Operations this past year have taken their toll of these political, managerial cadre and activities of the Viet Cong, although the actual numerical extent of this damaged is entirely unknown.
