Summary of Viet Cong Activities in IV Corps during June 1967 [VC have centered their activities on small-scale harassment and terrorism against the Revolutionary Development Program and against US Navy patrol boats; collection of taxes has become increasingly difficult for the VC, and manpower is low; the VC have resorted to forced recruitment and have avoided large-scale attacks; some efforts have been made to uncover South Vietnamese agents that have penetrated the VC organization and caused serious damage; use of female cadres has increased.
