Buddhist Political Plans and Discussions with Government Leaders [the Buddhists reportedly have plans to install a new government composed of a national assembly, selected by provincial councils, which would write a constitution and organize general elections. PM Ky and Head of State Thieu have reportedly "half agreed" to abandon the present Advisory Council for Building Democracy in favor of a national assembly.
