This cable gives information concerning Viet Cong's plan of an attack on Qui Nhon: instructions from the VC Phu My District Committee to its cadres; planned assassinations of SVN government officials in Qui Nhon; planned demonstrations in Qui Nhon; weapons and explosives brought into the city; drawing map of Qui Nhon, pintpointing militay bases, ammunition depots, underground gasoline storage areas, American residences, and the office locations of SVN intelligence personnel.
