No. 07428/68 dated 31 January 1968, SC No. 07427/68 dated 2 February 1968, SC No. 01917/68 dated 2 February 1968, SC No. 07429/68 dated 3 February 1968, SC No. 07433/68 dated 5 February 1968, Sc No. 07434/68 dated 5 February 1968, and a Memorandum from the DCI for Walt W. Rostow dated 31 January 1968 on the situation at the Saigon Station. These are the first CIA reports on the Viet Cong Tet Offensive.
