Abstract:
On 4 November 1963, General Duong Van Minh formed a new military committee of which he is president with General Ton That Dinh as vice-president. Also included in the committee are generals Tran Thien Khiem, Le Van Kim, Nguyen Huu Co, Nguyen Van Thieu, Lam Van Phat, Do Mau, Do Cao Tri, Le Van Nghiem, Mai Huu Xuan, and Pham Xuan Chieu.
