Abstract:
The leaders of the French Communist Party (FCP) have been holding a series of meetings with the North Vietnamese (DRV) delegation presently visiting France. The FCP leaders have been briefing the DRV delegation on the situation in the international Communist movement but primarily their objectives have been to convince the delegates to agree to negotiate with the United States.
