Abstract:
Giap insists that US military strategy is for a quick victory, relying on its superior military force and firepower, trying to keep the war from interfering with political, economic and social life in the US and with US foreign policy in other parts of the world. Because of this he predicts that the US will not enlarge the war outside its present boundaries. He also hopes to see a growth of political problems between the South Vietnam Government and the US.
