Abstract:
Dissident activity in Cambodia has been steadily increasing in recent months, particularly in the provinces of Stung Treng, Ratanaxiri, Kompong Cham, and Kompong Speu. The dissident activity is attributed to the Khmer Rouge, and there is evidence that the dissidence is centrally directed.
