Abstract:
Peiping's response has been the sharpest in tone, although relatively small in volume. The North Vietnamese propaganda reaction to the air strikes has thus far been limited to a passing mention in a 9 June party daily editorial, and to several rebroadcasts of Pathet Lao and Peiping NCNA accounts of the incident. Soviet commentary specifically on the air strikes has so far been limited to remarks by Moscow news commentators. Warsaw has not yet referred to the air strikes.
