Abstract:
As of November 1969 the Cambodian Government was faced with three levels of unrest and resistance particularly in the northeastern provinces of Ratanakiri and Kratie. Cambodian Armed Forces (FARK) appeared either unable or unwilling to check this unrest which had steadily increased during the past year.
