Abstract:
On 26 October 1969, 648 citizens of Kompong Cham Province forwarded a petition complaining of Khmer Rouge extortions and threats in their area to the President of the Cambodian National Assembly, Cheng Heng. The petition was written by residents of the villages of Kor and Dyieng (possibly Lo Ngieng) in Tbaung Khmum District, and was forwarded through their National Assembly Deputy, Kuang Ly Huong.
