Abstract:
The plans of the plotters remain the same; that is, to strike at leading military and government officials, kidnapping or assassinating them so as to force changes in the composition of the government. Three command groups have been formed, two companies of engineers and elements of other technical service units are said to make up the bulk of the coup forces, but there is serious doubt that the plotters will have even this small force at their command.
