Abstract:
Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky will head the Government of Vietnam (GVN) delegation to the peace conference when and if one occurs. Ky told President Nguyen Van Thieu he wanted the post and Thieu has told Ky he thought it was a fine idea. Although the other members of the delegation have not yet been selected, Ky will insist that they include his Special Assistant Dang Duc Khoi.
