Abstract:
Leaders of both students and Buddhists in Hue have been holding meetings and maintaining active contacts with other Buddhist organizations as part of their efforts to revive the struggle movement and to arouse protests against the Government of Vietnam. Both groups apparently expect interference by the Vietnamese security services.
