Abstract:
After Ngo Hai Quang, leader of a dissident faction of the Vietnam Nationalist Party (VNQDD) in Quang Nam Province, failed to gain control of the Ky Bo faction of the party, he became aligned with the Cai Tien faction. Formerly, almost all of the VNQDD functionaries and members in Quang Nam Province supported the Ky Bo faction, but now two-thirds are in sympathy with Quang. The pro-Cai Tien movement may spread to other provinces.
