Abstract:
On 11 October, Prime Minister Nguyen Cao Ky hosted a dinner for the six ministers who had submitted their resignations. The dinner was extremely cordial and the resigning ministers consider that sufficient concessions have been made so that the problem is now almost resolved. There remain only a few minor points to be settled.
