Abstract:
Prime Minister Nguyen Cao Ky was very pleased with the Honolulu Conference and the decisions made there. He believed the United States' stand was correct, i.e., the political, social, and economic reforms were the way to victory. Ky said there was no area of disagreement whatsoever. He said he found President Johnson well-informed and sympathetic. He believed the President's recommendations were in accordance with Vietnam's needs.
