Many of the bibliographies in this list will include a high percentage of

non-Canadian items.  Somewhat more latitude for inclusion was taken for this section.

Canadian-produced works have been included with the justification that what they

contain, although not always of high Canadian content,  has been judged by informed

individuals as material valuable for use with Canadian students or other groups.  Non-

Canadian items contain significant Canadian content.
