INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON JUSTICE REFORM COMMISSION WEBSITE

SASKATOON – The Commission on First Nations and Métis Peoples and Justice Reform has developed its own website, which can be accessed at www.justicereformcomm.sk.ca

The site includes information on the activities of the Commission, dates for future dialogues throughout Saskatchewan and contact information. Visitors to the site are encouraged to request information or ask questions of the Commission.

"It’s important for this Commission to be as open and accessible as possible," said Willie Littlechild, Chair of the Justice Reform Commission. "The website will enable anyone to access information on dialogues, including the procedure that is involved and how we can help to facilitate a community event."

As well as an archive of news releases, the site features the recently released interim report. All future reports will also be available on-line.

The Commission on First Nations and Métis Peoples and Justice Reform was established on Nov. 15, 2001 and will issue its final report within three years.
