About

I am the Electronic Resources Librarian at the University Library. I am responsible for ensuring access to our online resources is maintained, I oversee our licensing requirements and negotiations with vendors and publishers for all of our online subscriptions. I work with national and regional library consortia on collections and licensing issues. Contact me with any questions about our online resources that you’re not able to resolve with others in the library, or with any questions about our licenses.

My research is focused on change in libraries, usually related to technology and its impacts. I also do investigate trends and philosophies about electronic resource management in academic libraries.

I have a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Regina, where I focused mainly on early Canadian and nineteenth and twentieth century European history. I completed an honours essay entitled “Les Resistantes: the women’s resistance movement and the press in France, 1945-1945” in 2006. I also have an MLIS from Western University (2008).
